Melbourne Victory are reportedly interested in signing former Manchester United striker Dimitar Berbatov.

Greek media outlet Sport24 has reported that Berbatov, who currently plays for Greek side, PAOK, has attracted interested from Victory and South Korean club Pohang Steelers.

Victory are believed to be interested in signing the 35-year-old on a two-year deal.

Berbatov has 96 Premier League goals in over 200 appearances with stints at United, Tottenham and Fulham.

He also made 154 appearances for Bundesliga side Bayer Leverkusen, netting 69 goals.

Berbatove also captained Bulgaria between 2006 and 2010, and is the nation's all time leading goal scorer with 48 goals in 78 matches.
