Tottenham, Arsenal and Manchester City all failed to make ground on Leicester City in another dramatic night of EPL action.

Leicester dropped points with a 2-2 draw at home with West Brom yesterday, opening the door for Tottenham to leap frog the Foxes into top spot and for both the Gunners and Sky Blues to move within striking distance of the league leaders.

However, all three suffered losses against their less fancied opponents on Matchday 28.

Liverpool put in an inspired performance less than a week after going down to City in the League Cup final, with a 3-0 win at Anfield.

Arsenal suffered a shock 2-1 loss to Swansea, thanks to a late winner from Ashley Williams.

West Ham moved within a point of fourth placed Manchester City, with a 1-0 win over Tottenham.

In the other match played overnight, Manchester United defeated Watford 1-0 thanks to an 83rd minute winner from Juan Mata.
