Stefan Gordy, better known by his stage name Redfoo, has made an appearance at an ITF Men's World Tennis Tour event in Egypt.
The former member of LMFAO played tennis as a junior, making appearances at amateur events before his music career took off and he left the sport behind.
Now aged 49, Gordy has taken up the sport again and gained a wildcard entry into an ITF M15 tournament. These tournaments are typically for younger players looking to rise the ranks and break onto the scene.

Gordy lost his first match 6-0, 6-0 in the qualifying round before advancing to the main draw as a repechage competitor. He went on the lose his next match 6-1, 6-0 but managed to steal one game.
Gordy has been a familiar face on the tennis circuit, though not as a player. From 2012 to 2014, he dated former world number one Victoria Azarenka and was there to support her when she won the Australian Open singles title in 2013.
