Melbourne Victory defender Daniel Georgievski has signed a two-year contract extension with the club.
Georgievski joined Melbourne Victory last season from Romanian club FC Steaua Bucuresti, playing 21 games, including the 3-0 Grand Final triumph over Sydney FC.
The 27-year-old said he is excited to remain at the Victory for the next two seasons.
“I have enjoyed every minute of my time at Melbourne Victory so far and I was very keen to re-sign so I'm thrilled to be staying for another two seasons,” Georgievski said.
“The team is exceptionally well led by Kevin and the club has a lot of dedicated people committed to achieving further success so I'm looking forward to what the future holds at this great club.
“A major factor in my decision to re-sign was the opportunity to continue to play in front of our incredibly passionate and loyal members and fans, which is one of the great things about playing for Melbourne Victory.”
