Crystal Palace captain Mile Jedinak could sign with Stoke City, after struggling for sufficient game time under manager Alan Pardew.

Pardew has reportedly told Jedinak that he will will only have a peripheral role at the club this season.

Stoke City are keen to sign the Socceroos skipper, however, Sportsmail has reported that Jedinak and Stoke may have hit a stumbling block, with the two parties yet to agree to personal terms.

But Stoke are still confident of finalising the deal before the transfer window closes at 6pm British time on Tuesday.
