The Honda powered McLaren Formula One team has become the fifth outfit to confirm their official launch date by announcing on twitter that they too will take the covers off their 2017 contender on Friday, February 24th.
All the teams to date have confirmed to take the wraps on in that week and McLaren will now do so on the same day as their bitter rivals from Ferrari.

With Jenson Button stepping aside for 2015 GP2 sensation, Stoffel Vandoorne, the Woking based squad has one of the freshest faces in the sport to race alongside former champion, Fernando Alonso, as Honda up their game in an attempt to give the team a more competitive edge in 2017.
