Melbourne City defender Michael Zullo has been ruled out for the remainder of the A-League seasonย with a toe injury.

"Michael Zullo will miss the rest of the season. He went for surgery yesterday on his big toe and picked up the injury against Perth," coach John van't Schip confirmed on Thursday.
