Italian Roberta Vinci has advanced to the quarter finals of the Brisbane International, with a straight sets win over 2014 Australian Open finalist Dominika Cibulkova.
The Italian No.8 seed dispatched Cibulkova in a dominate display to win 6-1, 6-1.
Vinci will play the winner of Simona Halep and Victoria Azarenka in the quarter final.
