West Ham will offer Manchester United £12m for Javier Hernandez, after their initial offer of £8m was rejected by the Red Devils.
West Ham are on the look out for a new striker, with Enner Valencia sidelined with injury for up to three months, and Hernandez is said to be a high priority.
