Liverpool midfielder Joe Allen is set to undergo a medical at Stoke City, after a $13million fee was agreed between the two clubs.
Allen had recently entered the final year of his contract, but an impressive EURO 2016 campaign saw the Welshman help his country land a semi-final berth, with Allen was named in the team of the tournament.
The 26-year-old had a mixed start to his Anfield career, but blossomed during the 2015-16 season, cementing a regular place in the first team and playing an integral part in Liverpool's run to the Europa League final.
Allen agreed to personal terms with Stoke over the weekend, with more playing time at the Potters believed to be a big reason behind Allen's move.
Over his four-year career at Liverpool, Allen made 132 appearances and scored seven goals after making his debut on the opening weekend of the 2012-13 Premier League season.
