Australian cricket fans look set to miss out on watching next month's World T20, with all local TV networks opting not to broadcast the tournament due to huge costs for the telecasting rights.
Fox Sports, who have previously broadcast the tournament and all Australian free-to-air channels have passed on the opportunity to buy the broadcast rights.
New Zealand fans are also set to miss out on the tournament, with Indian TV giant Star Sports asking too high a price for the broadcasting rights.
