Melbourne Victory striker Besart Berisha has been given a two game ban by the Match Review Panel after he was handed a straight red card during his side's 4-1 win over Wellington on Saturday evening.
Berisha was fouled by Andrew Durante, before lashing out at the defender and kicking him while he was standing over the Albanian, who was still on the ground.
The Victory marquee was shown a straight red for the kick.
The club has until 5pm on Tuesday to respond to the MRP findings.
