World No.1 Novak Djokovic has revealed that he was offered $200k in 2007 to throw a match.
Djokovic made the revelations on the same day that betting related corruption allegations rocked the international tennis world.
โI was not approached directly,โ Djokovic said.
โI was approached through people that were working with me at that time, that were with my team.
โOf course, we threw it away right away.
โSomebody may call it an opportunity. For me, that's an act of unsportsmanship, a crime in sport honestly.
โI don't support it. I think there is no room for it in any sport, especially in tennis."
