England Test players have been given a curfew by team director, Andrew Struass, following the bizarre 'headbutt' saga between Jonny Bairstow and Cameron Bancroft earlier this month.
The Telegraph reports the team has been given a curfew of midnight for the rest of the tour by Strauss, who has labelled the players as "naive".
The players are set to face several penalties if they break the new curfew.
Strauss is said to have met with the Ashes squad at the team hotel in Brisbane just hours after the first Test loss to impose the curfew and remind them about drinking responsibly when out in public while in Australia.
The players put together their own set of guidelines for the tour prior to arriving in Australia and resisted a curfew or alcohol ban. However, the no curfew has now been overturned.
England will fly to Adelaide today in preparation for the second Test which begins on Saturday.
