This morning it was Prodrive Racing's turn to unveil the inaugural livery of the number 56 MEGA Racing FG X Ford at their headquarters in Melbourne, presenting a striking design of white, black, purple and blue to MEGA Limited staff and customers.

The man representing the brand on-track, Jason Bright, unveiled the car alongside Team Principal Tim Edwards and he was thrilled with the new look....

"The car looks fantastic," said Bright. "The front of the car looks quite aggressive and should stand out on the track. The colours of the MEGA Fuels logo makes for a great race livery."

Having trialled one of Prodrive Racing's FG X Supercars late in 2016, Bright says that the transition to the alternate setup of the Ford shouldn't prove too much of a challenge.

"The car didn't do anything surprising but it was quite different to what I'm used to. Having said that I was comfortable in the car quite quickly and that will only improve when it is set up to my specifications."

"How the car behaves will obviously be different again when we go to Sydney Motorsport Park for the test day as well, particularly with the introduction of the new tyre construction so it'll be a lot to acclimatise to on one day but I'm confident that I'll be ready to take on Clipsal by the end of it."
