Raheem Sterling finally looks headed to Manchester City, with Liverpool agreeing to a £49 million deal for the 20-year-old.

It is the third bid Manchester City have made for Sterling, with Liverpool rejecting a £30m and £40m deal in June, after Sterling rejected a £100,000 a week contract extension with the Reds.

The England winger has been heavily criticised by several former Liverpool greats, after telling Liverpool that he wanted to leave earlier in the summer.
