Liverpool is reportedly preparing a £10 million bid for Manchester City midfielder Fernando, according to The Sun.
The UK publication has reported that manager Jurgen Klopp is monitoring the 28-year-old's situation, however, he also faces stiff competition from Portuguese side Porto, for the Brazilian's signature.
Fernando has played 42 matches for City, after moving from Porto, where he made 142 appearances.
The Portuguese club sold Fernando to City for £12 million in June 2014.
