Danish import Morten Nordstrand will remain in the A-League for at least another season, after signing a one-year contract extension with the Newcastle Jets.
The former Denmark internationalย has scored four goals in eight matches since arriving at the Jets in January.
โI have really enjoyed my time since I arrived in Newcastle,โ Nordstrand said.
โEverybody at the club has been really kind and friendly, and they helped me settle in fast so I could show my qualities on the pitch.

โI came directly from holiday and had two training sessions before my first game, so I am excited to get the entire pre-season with the team."
The Jets finished eighthย this season, managing just eight wins for from 27 matches.
