Former Arsenal and Real Madrid star Jose Antonio Reyes is reportedly in negotiations with Sydney FC about a possible move to the A-League.
Sportingnews.com has reported that Reyes' management have contacted the Sky Blues about their client joining the club as a marquee player.
He is understood to be requesting around $2.5 million for the move.
The 32-year-old won the Premier League with Arsenal in 2003-04, making a total of 69 appearances for the club.
He later joined Real Madrid, where he made 30 appearances, before playing 103 times for Atletico Madrid.
He most recently spent four years at Sevilla, before recently being released by the Spanish club.
