Brazilian Alexandre Pato has reportedly completed a medical at Chelsea.
Sky Sports has reported that the completion of the medical has paved the way for Pato's six month loan deal to the reigning champions.
The former AC Milan forward has agreed terms with the club and will have an option in his contract to make the move permanent at the end of the season.
