Australia have been left concerned over the coronavirus ahead of their remaining games at the T20 World Cup.
With lockdowns and quarantine periods for positive tests no longer required, it has meant Adam Zampa and Matthew Wade's positive tests haven't had to be completely isolated from the squad.
Zampa missed Tuesday's game with Sri Lanka in Perth due to his symptoms stopping him from playing, while Wade's positive test, revealed on Thursday, was going to allow him to play on Friday in Melbourne against England.
The ICC's only rules around the coronavirus are that players would travel separately and not use team changerooms during the tournament if they suffer a positive test.
Australia will be desperately hoping the virus hasn't spread any further through the camp as they prepare for must-win games against Ireland and Afghanistan in the next week which will determine whether they go through to the semi-finals or not following a washout against England in Melbourne on Friday.
Coach Andrew McDonald said there is a concern that COVID-19 could impact Australia's title defence.
"That's highly possible, really, the way it's gone," he said.
"The strong point around that was that Matthew Wade was going to play tonight - so each individual is affected differently by the virus.
"Obviously Adam Zampa wasn't quite right ... whereas Matthew Wade responded totally differently, less symptoms and he was ready to go tonight.
"He had to be isolated from the group, that was probably the only (thing). But it's a real possibility for all teams."
