Kelly has 27 wickets in his 21 BBL matches so far in his career at an average of 22.52. Kelly has been a consistent performer in both the Sheffield Shield and JLT Cup for his state and BBL 11 could be his chance to show his newly found T20 skillset.
International star: Colin Munro (New Zealand)
The experienced Colin Munro brings a wealth of experience and ability to the Scorchers squad, with the New Zealand international having played in 65 T20 Internationals for the Black Caps.
Munro averages 31.34 in T20 internationals with a strike rate of 156.44. Adding to his value, Munro contributes with the ball having an average of 32.48 with 31 wickets in T20 cricket.
Key player: Mitchell Marsh
The hero for Australia in the World Cup Final, Mitch Marsh is coming off his crowning moment in international cricket.
The Perth Scorchers will be hoping their captain can replicate that type of form this upcoming season, as the hard-hitting Marsh will lead the Scorchers' charge for title number four.
