Viktor Troicki has tuned up for the Australian Open with a hard fought win over Grigor Dimitrov to claim his Sydney International in a row, 2-6, 6-1, 7-6.

Dimitrov looked in complete control after a dominant first set, however, he fell to pieces in the second, even handing Troicki one game early in the set with three double faults. Troicki took full advantage of Dimitrov's lapse in concentration to level the match at one set all.

The third set went on serve, with a tiebreak deciding the match, which eventually went the way of Troicki, 8-6.

Dimitrov and Troicki both had match points during the tiebreak, but it was Troicki who held his nerve to eventually clinch the title, with a sublime cross court passing shot on his second match point.
